Build I used to get rank 30 piper. Auto aimer gadget is generally better, specifically when you are playing closer range brawlers or to create distance between you and the other brawler. Snappy Snipping allows you to spam out shots a lot faster and to deal more damage throughout the whole game compared to the other star power(which isn't good). Shield gear makes up for pipers lack of health and damage gear makes her all more lethal when she is at low health.
Auto Aimer
Piper pops a defensive shot at the closest enemy, dealing 170 damage, while also pushing them back.
Snappy Sniping
When Piper hits an opponent with her attack, she reloads 0.4 ammo instantly.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
